By far the dirtiest, most unsanitary McDonald’s I have ever been to….I’ve been several times, with hope that these issues will be addressed, but unfortunately continue to get worse. The drive thru is always packed and business is booming, as options are very limited in Richmond Hill. Because of this, I feel the owners/management do not feel cleanliness and a sanitary eating environment is a necessary priority for customer retention. Warning, if your planning to eat inside, use the restroom, play area etc., you will notice one of the most unsanitary environments you’ve ever experience. CHECK THE BAG!!! I don't often leave negative reviews, but this place consistently gets my order wrong. It's become a recurring issue. While the staff is friendly and nice, I've lost quite a bit of money due to their mistakes. There's always something missing from my order. And when you do check the bags, make sure to open the boxes, too. I've received double burgers without two patties, and one time, there were no patties at all—just sauce! This seems to happen all too often. Proceed with caution. I have no ill will towards the staff, but come on...it’s never right.
So went inside to order. There are 9 people working so personal is not an issue. Once I place the order for just a chicken sandwich meal it was 17 min later when I got it and there no one in front of me. Got my food fyres was hard as a rock and the bread was also hard as well. Went up to counter 4 people looked at me one manager and kept talking or walked away. They did get it right but men the sever sucks over 45 min before I got my food
First few times food was great last couple not so good. Got a quarter pounder with cheese meal burger was red in the middle fries cold and hard. Next time big mac meal not sure why it had 3 Patty's on it but missing cheese pickles was thrown in not on burger and there was fries in the bow with it. Again fries cold not sure if I wanna try again.

16 mins for 2 sandwiches. ... puss poor customer service. I am reminded why I don't come to this location. Hell, got home... hell....missing 3 items. Thieves. Taking money. Not giving products you order.
Actually the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Fries were stale, filled only half way. Asked for two sauces, they only gave one. Asked cookie to be heated and it was not. Don’t go here
The restaurant was dirty, and there was no ice available in the fountain machine. Additionally, the soda lacked any flavor.
My food is always either overcooked, undercooked, or lacking freshness. I'm not sure I understand why this is happening.

Their hours are not correct. They said they are open till 12. I pulled up at 11:15 and they were closed
