I 'm not sure which was worse the service or the french fries. The staff seems to be going above and beyond to make the case for full automation. I ordered on the mobile app and as I have often done before, I sent it to the counter instead of the drive thru. Only today the six feet between the two was Insurmountable. It 's statistically improbable all four of five employees I explained my error to lacked the critical thinking skills to grab my food and pass it to me in my car. So I just have to assume they were playing a game of lava and the floor was unsafe to cross. So I was told to park and come inside. After waiting for 4 or 5 minutes for anyone to confirm the bag with no receipt or name...
