The food was mediocre, and the service was quite poor. You would expect that with the recent wage increase, the staff would be more helpful, but it appears to be the opposite. When you receive your order, it often comes without napkins or condiments. If you need to get napkins or condiments yourself, you end up waiting for quite a while until a staff member notices you.
This restaurant is conveniently located just off the 60 freeway (Durfee exit) and I think they’re open 24 hours. The service is excellent, and they still offer dine-in options along with double drive-thru lanes. As for parking, there’s ample space available, plus there’s a turnaround lane in case it’s full, allowing for easy circling back.
I 'm the poor doordash driver...lol wow over 30 min for hot chocolate unbelievable...and to top it off I was was called out of my name by a supervisor there. I told the supervisor wow you took a long time for hot chocolate as she gave me an order.
The absolutely slowest service of any McDonald's in the area. I had trouble understanding how they can be so terrible until I spoke with 2 different managers after 2 messed up simple orders. It's self-sabotage leaving their management in place. Reserva una mesa ahora
Best McDonald's in my area, however if you go at midnight till about 2 they don't accept card, the app, codes or coupons. Only cash.
I've been visiting this restaurant for years. It's a pleasant place overall.
Cashier very knowledgeable about the menu. But the service was too late .
