I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was overly salty, and the meat was no exception. I also didn't receive any ketchup for my fries, and when I tried to request some, no one seemed to notice me. Additionally, there were a lot of homeless people inside asking for money, which made the atmosphere feel very unsafe. The restrooms were in a disgusting state, lacking toilet paper and soap, and were completely unclean. I definitely won’t be returning.
Cashier girl is very rude, she didn't give me any napkins or ketchup, and when I asked if I could get napkins and ketchup she slammed them on the counter instead of placing them in bag. Not happy with customer service...
$20/min has this place struggling. I came here for some fries. I asked for ketchup and they are out of ketchup. How does that make any sense? This poor business is struggling to keep up now. ?
Ordered a burger on the App and got here @9:00pm left the drive thru @9: 32! Very very slow service,not fast food at all! They dont even know that did I ordered. Reserva una mesa ahora
They always seem to overlook something. Today, they forgot my medium order of French fries. While the prices have increased, the quality of service has declined.
This is a great example of what McDonald's could be. It has a playground for kids and friendly staff. Well done, manager!
