Mcdonald’s - Reserva de mesa

We don’t get McDonald’s often and this will be the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. Going to McDonald’s is a special treat. We do a few times a year. If it’s a special night for one of the kids, the other parent will take the kids out but we usually buy two toys so that there is another toy when my older child gets home. It’s an extra $2-$3 I think. Over the years there have been multiple screwup at the drive-through where I’ve called back and they assure me I can have a free meal the next time I come but then when I come, no one knows who I am or where this imaginary list is. Normally my go to McDonald’s. However today was a not so pleasant experience. Asked for a package of mayo, my order was over $25, they charged .25 per package. Ok. Then I get my order and my burger is missing ingredients that I ordered and paid for. Brought this to their attention and a male manager came out and said well we don’t control the pricing when mentioning the fact they charge for sauce but forgot items that were paid for. They corrected the situation which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Nothing higher due to the fact that this male manger then stood in the lobby talking about us. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional as the situation was done with.

Not sure if the happy meal toys for kids is the same at every MacDonalds in Ontario, but wow! My son who is six expressed how much he doesn't even want to set foot in another MacDonalds ever again because the happy meal toy has been consistently awful for the past year now in Bracebridge. I noticed also how awful and downright pathetic each toy has been now for quite awhile. As a parent I used to look forward to seeing the suprise for each meal, but now I don't even care to look, because it's always a huge disappointment now to look in the box! It's should be renamed Unhappy Meal!

Food is good, coffee is like water. I’m not sure if it’s a thing across the board at McDonald’s now but they used to have incredible coffee and now it’s like hot water with a hint of coffee. Awful. Just get yourself a tea instead. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Reserva una mesa ahora

The place is closed for renovation, but advertisement is all over the the highway right before the other McDonalds which is at the on route stop. We lost 30 minutes driving there and back just to kiss a door. Upsetting! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
