Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

There were 8 people working (that we could see), 1 car in the drive thru and 3 in the establishment. Food was cold, fries were cold and weren’t salted, barely any lettuce. Weren’t given our cups so we said excuse me (everyone was in the back)and asked for cups the staff person didn’t even look at us, walked over to the cups and handed them to us without looking at us or saying anything. Didn’t even respond when we said thank you. Overall we felt like we were bothering them for being there.

They gave me the wrong items but it was still good so I didn't complain I just kept it and ate what they gave me.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances are wheelchair accessible and the tables are low enough to fit the wheelchair under it if you choose to eat inside. The bathroom are also wheelchair accessible with one being larger then the rest to fit the wheelchair in and there is a safety bar to hold onto to get them out of the wheelchair and on to the toilet.

If i could say 0 starts i would they are all disrespectful every time i go there they alway mess up waited at the window for 10 minutes to have them answer the other one 3 times

I asked for cook to order food and it still came out cold… was told the fries just came out when they didn’t! So had to wait for them to make fresh food!
