For anyone who isn't aware..... McDonald's has a new My Mobile App that gives back to the customers who spend the most,by rewarding them the most points and bonuses.You are rewarded for every dollar spent along with special promos that are not available unless you have the app. The customer service is typically the same from one McDonald's to the next, but just like any business in the market today, it all comes down to the mindset and attitude of the people who are providing you the services. Their best and cheapest deal is hands down the 2 for 2 McChicken sandwiches (and If you have the mobile app you get a free medium fries DAILY).
my man and I had the worst experience at the place, we had received our guest cards from an earlier bad experience at another place, we decided to use them and ordered 2 quarters of meals and if we called our ordering the bag greasy and once I went and got home I had the bag to carry them, and it was torn down when I were going to eat the sandwiches both should be fired. that was the worst experience I ever had, as well as the most disgusting food. Went through the drive through today and ordered a double quarter pounder and 3 McDouble meals. Ofcourse it’s busy being a holiday and all. As I leave the window the manager yells out the serving window “have a very black christmas”All be damned if I don’t I get home and open the bag of food and they forgot the meat Pattie’s on the buns. I got bread sauce and lettuce. This is about the most ghetto place I’ve stopped to eat. Thank you for the ghetto meal.
I frequently find that they forget to include my condiments at this restaurant. The burgers with special orders do seem to be slightly fresher. I continue to try the McNuggets, but they no longer taste like food to me. It seems like they have selective memory. This McDonald's location is a late-night option for me, so my expectations are not very high. However, I do enjoy their coffee.

This restaurant is really good! I'm serious when I ask for honey packets instead of honey mustard, even though it might sound strange. I really enjoy honey with my chicken nuggets. I mean real honey, not honey mustard. I have ordered from this place many times and every time they still send mustard instead of regular honey.
This burger was a terrible, greasy disaster. I couldn't even eat it. On top of that, I never received my $6 coffee. The large fry was only half full and none fell out in the bag. It was a waste of both money and time. The only positive thing about this order was that I actually received the 3 sauce packets.
Received a steak and egg biscuit sandwich instead of a Sausage Egg McMuffin . The Hash Browns looked like someone squashed them when they put them in the bag. They were very undercooked as well. Iced Caramel Coffee was great and prepared as instructed.
Food was fresh, didn't order a drink but because it was so hot he gave myself and the crew I work with a cool beverage. Service was fast and friendly as well, nice place to eat!!

Drive thru is one of the fastest Mcdonalds I have ever been too. As well as hot food always prepared correctly.
