Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Ordered a double quarter with cheese, fish and 6 nuggs. Waited at the window for about 3 minutes then told to pull up to a waiting spot that the fish was cooking. Waited there for 30 minutes. Employee came out and asked me what I Ordered. I told her she went back inside. She came out two more times with other cars order. Came back to me 5 minutes later and asked me what I ordered again. I then asked her what I ordered and she said they got busy. I asked her what I ordered. She said they lost my order. I told her again what I ordered. She went back inside. 5 minutes later another employee came out with my order and a refund. I just took my order and left. I just wanted my food not a refund. I...

This establishment doesn't deserve the three star rating it has. They constantly have issues with orders from the app. The app will take your money but when you get in line to get your food they will say they can't do it. And it takes hours for them to refund your money. They also will leave your waiting 20-30 min for curbside orders but you will probably have to go in and get it. I'm sick of this location I'm not returning.

Horrible experience food wasn’t right the child and the drive-through was totally disrespectful! I am really over it. I’ve gave them chance after chance to do the right thing and they can’t even get one order right everything’s always cold and nasty. It’s a shame they really give McDonald’s a bad name

I was not pleased with their food within an hour and a half I was sick and for the next day or so I had stomach

Very well run Macdonalds. Typically busy but lines move along efficiently.
