Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

It's embarrassing and it's getting worse and worse in this Mcdo! I ordered in click collect, I still waited half an hour after my order, again it didn't bother me. On the other hand, the lack of friendliness of the person at the terminal was abusive. Moreover, I was not put the sauces and then the most serious one, I am refused an exchange of unsealed toys on the pretext that this operation is over so they can no longer take them back... On the other hand, it doesn't bother them to put me two identical books from the previous collection (so a story we already have in my new order. I simply find it shameful and abusive! What to get away from this restaurant and go to another city leaves to do...

It is probably the first time that I write a negative opinion. Especially for this mcdo, we are going to the McDo with my companion, delighted to see the signature menu back. We then decided to take a menu each at 12€ anyway remember the price... to eat a totally ignoble sandwich ... With VID, drastic restriction of choice. Frite not enough cooked and soft, very often the tail at the drive that blocks the circulation. Often lacking sauce in the Burgers. Quite often lacks products.
