Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I'm normally not harsh and normally understanding of how busy any fast food restaurant can get. This one, not going to lie or pull punches. I've been and ordered there 4 times and my order has been messed up all 4 times. From not having my sandwich not dressed right and having to go get it corrected and still getting it wrong to a completely wrong order and again returning it and showing the receipt and still getting another order. Extremely incompetent and I really did feel bad for the shift manager the other night. You could tell she was at her wits end. I just can't, in my right mind, order from this one again. I gave it a mid service because of the manager trying to help. The rest needs...

I've been to this restaurant 4 times and all 4 times my order was messed up; from the completely wrong order to the food order being messed up. I went back each time to the counter and had it corrected and still messed up. The last time I went the shift manager looked at her wits end. I was patient and didn't lose it, which she was thankful for. The order I received from there was again completely wrong again and appeared much more messy as if done out of spit. please rehire and/or retrain. The entire store appeared to not care and was there for the check.

Someone help me figure out how in the word McDonald's generates so much in revenue. But don't have a freaking working phone line. Go ahead and try to dial the number you'll see what I'm speaking about.This is ridiculous. It's like they disabled the phone line, so you can't call to report a complaint. And then their system chooses to randomly shut down for God knows what. The entire mcdonald's franchise is trash.

I bought here twice and both times they gave me the wrong order. The first time I asked for hamburgers without pickles and they had them and the second time, I asked for a double quarter with bacon and they gave me hamburgers without bacon. Horrible! Took 45 minutes to receive my order. Manager on duty was rude and condescending. Slammed cups down, gave out incorrect orders, rolled eyes at customers. Only gave one star because negative 5 wasn't available

The service here sucks! The quality of food is never consistent. In addition to that you wait 15 mins to order then get asked to pull up to wait on the food for another 10-15 minutes.

My order was fine today but the service has gotten much slower over the past year. Overall this place has gone downhill. Whenever owns it should take a more active role.

Drive through is fast enough. And order is right most of the time. Always room for improvement. But the place is always clean when I go Reserva una mesa ahora

Bunch of lazy kids working took 20 min to get 2 mcdoubles and 2 4 count nuggets took a worker who just clocked in to finally get food

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My food was mushed flat, and the bread was hard from sitting too long.
