Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

The crew and manager Alycha S working today Saturday August 6 in Ste. Gen are a mess. We pull through drive thru with a mobile order and put in a second order. Get up to the pick up window and the girl at the window I think Em is her name is confused understandably. I have to keep telling her the items that are being forgotten which was quite a few. And as my husband pulled away I was still checking the order and realized they forgot a basket of fries so we pull back around and the girl tells us the manager Alycha told her to give us a half full medium fry. I nicely said no we paid for a basket and asked to speak with Alycha and Alycha refused to come to the window and we got the medium fry...

Many great memories were made in McDonalds. From my earliest memories as a kid playing in the old playground to playing chess there in middle school, to picking up snacks with now ex-girlfriends in high school, to picking up food and having some of the most meaningful conversations with friends on long summer drives.

The customer service was excellent, I was served my food really fast and also the food was top notch. Everybody was super friendly and the lobby was impeccable I wouldn't trade it for anything else. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a tasty meal. God

I've constantly gotten the wrong things in my order I didn't complain the first two times but this is ridiculous its right on the Receipt but the food is incorrect more that not when I pay for something and don't get it I should be reimbursed for said items.

The Ste Genevieve mc donalds wasn't very good. The food wasn't hot and the lady working the counter wasn't very friendly. She may have been having a bad day. The restaurant itself was very nice.

An okay experience for a McDonald's. The soda tasted funny like it was made with municipal treated water (but filtered)

I've seen and worked at many many many many McDonald's but this by far is the best I've seen in many many years.

Their lack of customer service deserves 0 stars. I'd rather drive to Bloomsdale or Perryville.
