This McDonal?s staff is so disgusting. I would never support them again due to their unprofessional, rude and lazy night staff. Went there to place a huge order and the staff was lazy and refused to take our order and told us to go to checkers that islocated across the street for food, which we did and the staff there was super sweet and helpful. Shame on the staff at thisMcDonald?s and their management who doesn?t know what their up too or refuses to do anything about it. Too bad for them.Checkers got our support and I would never return to this location or support them in the future, neither will the other 6people in my truck. If I could give them a -star I would.
Service here is a funky but the staff are friendly and get the job done. The food here is done right. Sadly, because this is the end of the line on the F train there are a lot of homeless and vagabonds. Please try to do a better job of keeping theatmosphere safe and secure.
they got the whole order wrong. I asked and paid for large fries and sweet tea, I got a regular size unsweetened tea. I asked and paid for extra tartar and barely got tartar.. very unhappy
This has to b the cleanest McDs I have ever been to. U can tell they take pride here! Plus 1 of the very few locatiins to still have a kids maze on site for bday parties as well!!

Went in on Christmas Eve in the afternoon. Place was clean, was able to placed my order quickly and easily. The fries were fresh and hot.
The burger lacked moisture and did not have any bacon, while the fries were overcooked and served cold.
Kids' play room smells awful. One star goes to the play room. Or else, this spot is great.
The fries are always amazing, the chicken nuggets too, always nice and hot
