Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a mobile order tonight for inside pickup through the app. Sat in the spot in the parking lot while order was being prepared'. The doors were locked so I went through the drive-thru and skipped the ordering window since my order was already being prepared. They told me they didn't have my order number so I'd have to go back through the line. The supervisor Naffia was unbelievably rude, told me that it would make my order this time but it wasn't their fault, it was the apps. Okay no problem, but then they tried to give me the wrong order and when I asked them to correct it she was being very argumentative and told me to pull up and they would bring it out to me. I went to get the breakfast yesterday morning and paid $3.59 went back today and got the same order and they wanted to charge me over $6.00, I asked to enter the order and I was told that it did not come to a meal. but yesterday at my acknowledgement it says a meal, so I asked the manager to be in the window, and she was rude, she opened the window and asked for the money of over 6,00 and I told her no, that was not what I paid yesterday and she closed the window on me before I could and she entered and say something else. that was very frustrating and after that I had a attitude. you have to listen to the customer, now I understand why some people are going crazy.

I think my order got mixed with someone elses...i ordered a sausage folded egg mcmuffin meal.....got a sausage egg biscuit. Ordered 4 sausage mcmuffins...got 3 breakfast burritos and 4 hash browns. Ordered an extra sausage ..none in bag....got my coke (Small)...drove to novi showcase facility...finally got in lot...parked...took bag to our Golf display...found wrong items! Live 200 miles away..just got this request for review...sadly dissapointed. $15/hr....lol.

I give this experience 2 stars instead of 1 just because after waiting in a long slow moving line the woman at the window was super nice when she asked me to move forward and park to wait a few more but with the promise of fresh pommes?. then, to no surprise I got COLD-Fries and the WRONG order. Stopped by with my daughter for a quick dinner. The drive thru was quick and customer service was excellent. The food was made to order. Fresh and hot. Everything tasted fine. I would recommend this establishment.

it was late, but they are open 24 hours. excessive mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich, they suspect it is away to show her that they are not like customers on 11 o'clock.

Just ok. I find it difficult to use my rewards here. The blonde female manager with the short cut has the morning crew booming. Afternoon shift, not so much.

Food came out hot and delicious the shamrock shakes appealing on the eyes definitely recommend this McDonald's if you are in the area Reserva una mesa ahora
