Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

My family and I live near this establishment and always get food here. Today June 13, 2022 at 1:57pm I went to order through drive thru. I ordered about 40$ worth of food. Staff rushed my order and forgot both orders of fries. I went back to request my order. After receiving my order I was only given 2 sauce cups. After ordering 40$ worth of food, I requested more sauce because i had burgers, sandwiches nuggets and especially fries. Staff was very rude and said no you would have to pay, I didn’t have a problem with paying even knowing that’s unacceptable. I requested the manager, the manager was very rude and had a disrespectful tone of voice as well. I felt very ashamed to feel disrespected by my local mcdonalds.

As a loyal McDonald’s customer and a person who is rarely likely to leave a comment about an employees customer service on this day I felt inclined to do so. Today I was blessed to have met a young woman by the name of Kim at the Hollis McDonald’s location. Not only was her customer service was impeccable, she made my day by putting a smile on myself and my sons face. We had a loss in our family and her kind words and caring disposition made a big difference in terms of us having a better day. McDonald’s you and I both are lucky to have her. It’s the little things in life that matter. Great Job Kim! Keep making a difference at McDonald’s and in this world.

The place was clean, organized and the food was good too. It's small but it wasn't busy so it's a nice place to sit down for a few minutes and eat. However, there's people asking for money in that same area and a few other shady people so just keep your guard up but the inside of the McDonald's was fine

Pretty much normal atmosphere here. Newly renovated. New kiosks installed at this location. Pick up window for online delivery partners. Free parking lot. This location is not 24hrs. Currently indoor seating is closed.

Now open for indoor dining! Love the new decor. No waiting on line with the kiosks! Or order with the app for deals and easy breezing in and out. Friendly staff great customer service.
