McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

My family and I live near this establishment and always get food here. Today June 13, 2022 at 1:57pm I went to order through drive thru. I ordered about 40$ worth of food. Staff rushed my order and forgot both orders of fries. I went back to request my order. After receiving my order I was only given 2 sauce cups. After ordering 40$ worth of food, I requested more sauce because i had burgers, sandwiches nuggets and especially fries. Staff was very rude and said no you would have to pay, I didn’t have a problem with paying even knowing that’s unacceptable. I requested the manager, the manager was very rude and had a disrespectful tone of voice as well. I felt very ashamed to feel disrespected...

ordered a small fries waited ten minutes my order number was jumped over 3 times so decided didn't want the fries asked for money back and not a single word uttered from worker! This is a perfect example of the customer service that is offered today! But eventually the owners will get it when the money starts coming in short and those employees stop working! Nobody wants to go to a business to spend there money to get that kind.of service or attitude!

I've been here for years and running the time this place just got worse. I ordered a sandwich from them once. the brot is covered in shape. my ice cream is never done right, and they always forget something. but do not worry even to fix their order, they simply ignore them and give a attitude. the personal is just so rude and just terrible.

The restaurant is now open for indoor dining with lovely new decor. There is no waiting in line thanks to the kiosks, and you can also order with the app for deals and a quick in-and-out experience. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. Reserva una mesa ahora

I love the ordered brackfast here. this is the only mcdonald’s they can get a fresh hot hash brown (it is hot no sweat) that I love. stuff here is friendly, treat customers nice. they take care of eating perfectly.

I'm not sure if they changed their staff but waiting 20 minutes for a simple order is ridiculous. They don't have a drive thru nor was it crowded, to top it off all the fries were beyond salty.

Great food... It just takes a while for them to make it and it's kinda a long wait... But overall great food and friendly service I would give this a 9/10 Reserva una mesa ahora

only ordered a coffee and a hatch-brown. there were two people before me. it only took one thing to get it out.

Been going here for years. Everyone is so professional and nice. If there's a hold up, they do their best.
