platz is wild. the terminals were closed, but there was only one side of this kiosk that was open and worked so I used my phone to place the order. while I was waiting, an older couple came and fought with technology. one of the workers came to help, but gave up and got a manager to open a POS terminal. while this older man tries to say what he wants, this managerin is literally screaming to the people in the back to fall two baskets of pommes. all terrible service for this petty shame that they do not read the environment. the lobby was clean,
that is one of the most terrible mcdonald’s in the environment of detroit dearborn and dearborn height their drive-thru line is always extremely long when they go inside to wait for take-out or to eat them constantly, they can see that the manager constantly screaming at the, tell him that I remember her jobs to do because they goofing away they have worked
extremely unprofessional. I tried to put my order on the redner, and I was told that I should just move forward. I had taken my order in the window, I was told to move forward. they forgot my drinks and I was sitting here for 5 minutes. then I opened my sandwich and it was done wrong. the workers were extremely disillusioned and not helpful.
What a fantastic experience! All of our food arrived piping hot and our drinks were nice and cold. The packaging was securely sealed, items were carefully labeled and wrapped with attention to detail. The service and staff at this restaurant were exceptional. Our Dasher was punctual and polite. We highly recommend this place!

Very very slow Friday night I was picking up a doordash I will never pick up doordashes from here or come to the drive-thru at night they're usually pretty fast during the day however the cashier was very friendly and polite to all the customers
Wow, I must say that the coffee was absolutely delicious today. And that double fish sandwich was on point! This restaurant has definitely won me over, I'll be coming back every day. Thank you for the amazing food!
I dont know why they are calling this a KIT KAT Banana Split McFlurry . There was nothing in it relating to banana split flavors. Just their regular vanilla ice cream with Kit Kat mixed in.
I would be surprised if they actually get someone's order right. slow service, pommes and badly assembled burger. better.
