Horrible customer service. The girl taking our order was real short and rude. When I pulled up to the window I asked if she disliked her job and she stated only when dealing with people like you. I didn't expect that comment as I was not rude to her. She had a attitude from the get go. When asked for a Manager a young kid came to the window and said his name was Frank and he was a Manager (doubt he was). He was just as rude and stated he heard the order placed, then I stated then you hear the way she is treating customers and your okay with that? He just said HAVE A NICE Day and closed the window. I come here daily and the morning crew is excellent so I was surprised by the way I was treated...
Went last night and they come close the lane I was in down so wen I had something to say the manager refused to serve me and my kids and tried to step up to my window to fight me but we I confronted him threw my window he told me he was gunna call the cops. If you guys don't make this right I'm going to corporate and I will sue I have to witnesses and another car of four ppl that saw! If I don't here back from you this will be taken to court. One of the better McDonald's in town, The food is served quick and fresh most of the time I go here, The service is okay, some days I get a really nice person and some days a really upset person, the inside is usually clean and service is fast inside or drive through!
