My recent experience at McDonald's store #22304 for breakfast left much to be desired. I visited the branch, hoping for a quick and satisfying morning meal, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. Firstly, the issue of accuracy with my order was prominent. Not once, but twice, my order was incorrectly prepared. I specifically requested a the special of 2x Sausage McMuffin without sausage, yet both times it arrived with sausage, despite clearly stating my preference at the ordering kiosk. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and time-consuming, as I had to wait for them to remake my order. Secondly, the demeanor of the employees in the kitchen was unprofessional...
The food was disgusting and I hate keep them and they also yelled at me and I don't like how they act because when you want to order your food the machine is broken and I told them that the machine is broken and they just yelled at me and I and one yesterday when I was trying to call them they hang up and I do not like how they respect me and one time one of the workers punch me and I was so mad at them because they just punched me and then I called the cops and you know what the cops did they fired them and now somebody else is working
Worst customer service ever... Got parked and waited for the food in the front door, so they can mess up my dam order!!!!!! I checked my bag and I was missing food.Told the crew member and they said that the other crew member put it inside which he never did!!! (It took me .5 sec to check my bag and returned it to the crew member. Then started to Give me a hard time !! Acting stupid
The lunch shift manager seems to have no job skills and is very rude when asked to put extra sauce on the spicy mc chicken I ordered. He deliberately yelled at me in front of every one who was waiting in line. I am deeply disappointed that a fast food worker would be rude to a customer who is asking a simple request. Food is worst. There is no staff to help. Food came after 45 mins of waiting. There is no rush nor people. This staff is running this place like a joke. Please do yourself a favor of not coming to this Mc Donald’s. You save your money, time and energy. I request the corporate Mc Donald’s to please close this place if you don’t have enough staff.
Believe me McDonalds does not care one bit about you it's about the corporation.I learn how to stop going to McDonald's. Trust me The only way to get back at McDonalds corporation is do not go to McDonald's.as bad as you may want to go .just think that your tired of paying hi price for something that's not all that .
