I am saddened to share that this particular branch of McDonald 's participates in the 'Thank You Meal ' program of McDonald 's but DOES NOT acknowledge Therapists (Physical and Occupational) as First Responders/ Healthcare Workers/ Frontliners. After hearing from USA Today reported by Kelly Tyko April 21, 2020, that McDonald 's is giving free 'Thank You Meals ' for first responders/ health care workers/ front liners, I came to visit this branch after work with my work ID and in my scrub suit. Hungry and tired yet excited to get my free meals, I did not get any food. The staff explained Sorry, No. You are not included .
The woman who handed me my beverage on July 20 at 1:35 PM should not be customer facing. She has a disgusting attitude and I would be ashamed to be the manager or who had appointed her this position. She simply handed me my beverage. I said, thank you very much. She looked at me as if I called her a racial slur! This place would do itself a huge favor firing her or putting her out of sight. My visit to McDonald's on Queens Blvd was awful. One of the servers was incredibly rude and when we brought it to the attention of the managers, they did nothing about it. The staff should be grateful for their job, especially when so many others are unemployed. There is no excuse for treating customers poorly. It is important for the staff to show kindness and respect to all customers.
Fast service and the usual McDonald's taste and consistency. This location is famous for appearing in Eddie Murphy's film Going to America. The place has gone through many renovations. Horrible experience at this location! First, I ordered several meals, some coffees, and a happy meal. First, my coffee orders were all wrong! Then, the drink for the happy meal was forgotten. And lastly, when I got home, I realized one of the sandwiches I ordered wasn’t in the bag! I called the location and nobody answered. Training needs to be revisited here!!!
I ordered two McCrispy burgers and a box of McNuggets at the drive-thru. However, when I got home and checked my order, I realized that I only received one McCrispy burger and the box of McNuggets. Even though I was charged for two McCrispy burgers and one box of McNuggets.

Screw your online order. Order breakfast online at 10:30. In the store to see that there is nothing. My card is charged and I can't even refund money. Whack service from a Whack company.
