Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

Kiosk would not take our card after placing our entire order. Then it lost our order. All 6 of us then had to reorder at the cashier. The same card worked fine there. Took quite a while to get our order. The fries and food were all just warm. Not cold, but not hot and fresh. The pit stop on our trip took far longer than it should have. Won't make that mistake on our next trip through the area.

Update 5/9/24 Every day I've purchased coffee in the past couple of weeks I have had coffee drip from the cup onto my shirt. I have tried to remove and reseat the lids, move the lid to one side or the other, but no matter what I do, the lid leaks. Makes me look so professional having coffee stains on my shirts.

I am downgrading the atmosphere since many places want you to use the kiosks. People don't clean the tables or sweep the floors much now due to it being almost self-serve. Many workers don't come into the lobby unless it is to end or begin shift. Prices go up and service goes down.

The weirder the employees look the worse the service gets at this location. 99% of the time something is wrong or left out of your order. Yet again this location is horrible. Waiting 15 minutes at this pick up for two McDoubles. It’s 9:30 at night and slow. Reserva una mesa ahora

Pretty sure my Husband got food poisoning from here yesterday. Its the only thing he ate yesterday and it tasted weird. Will NEVER eat here again.

Got a Oreo Frappuccino after waiting 8 mins to get my cup was broken and it had a lot of Carmel tasted like plain sugar thank you mcds

I asked for a cold coffee with extra coffee and they gave me a tea with caramel, terrible service.
