Ordered a cheeseburger instead of hamburger by mistake. Polietly asked at the counter for an exchange but the girl serving said its not possible even though the food was clearly untouched. I said i would then like my money back. She said that wasnt possible. Then the manager came and very rudly took back the food and declared that money would not be returned nore the food. Le service était long, les commandes ne sont pas préparées dans l’ordre de passation. Et quand elles arrivent, ce n’est même pas chaud ! Les salariés ne font même pas l’effort de vous parler en anglais quand vous leur posez une questions, ils parlaient arabe entre eux, je n’ai donc absolument rien compris. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, ça reste un fast-food.
20er plant base Nuggets bestellt. 12 normale chicken Nuggets und 5 cheese Nuggets bekommen, was soll das? Das ist kein Fehler der aus Versehen geschieht, sorry! Ich meide diesen McDonald’s ab jetzt, obwohl dieser am nächsten an meinem Wohnort liegt.
Ich war um 21 Uhr da, Öffnung bis 22 Uhr, um 21:20 wurden die Stühle auf die Tische geräumt und aus der Küche brüllte mich laut Arabische Musik an, einige leute verliessen das Lokal unverrichteter Dinge wieder.
