Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Stooped here before son's baseball game last Monday to get food. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru and not placing an order, I left! It took me 10 minutes to get to the order speaker. Before even getting there, some cars had already left the line. When I finally got to the speaker, I waited 5 minutes. No one said anything in that time. After the 5 minutes, I could wait no longer. I, too, left the line. Much to my surprise when I pulled around the building, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE CAR IN LINE by the drive thru windows! The line waiting to order was to the driveway!! (I did send an email. Not surprised to have not received a reply.

General manager was rude including shift manager. Didn’t honors deals on the apps. Instead they stated they are not part of McDonald corporation . They are franchises and paid full price on our meals. Why McDonald inviting people on the apps and advertising to come and get the deals since McDonald restaurant not honoring the promotion ?? For future customers don’t bother to come and expect to get a better service in this place. Find other McDonald’s instead here. Very rude service in here!

The customer service at this restaurant is awful! Upon entering, there was no greeting and they immediately directed me to use the kiosk. I needed to pay with cash, but waited at the register for over 10 minutes before finally asking if anyone was working there. A girl came over, took my money, handed me my change without saying a word, and then walked away. When I asked if I was supposed to get my own cup, she just yelled back "yep!" It was truly frustrating and disappointing.

worst mcdonald’s ever. i ordered big max sauce and i didn’t get it. also the lady speaking through the microphone was being really rude. when i was getting my food i hear workers in the back fighting. there was also a wait for receiving the food and for them taking my order.

The first drive-thru is not working. There was no sign indicating this. I ordered at 10:35 am for lunch which starts at 10:30 am and spent $15 on cold, tough burgers and nuggets. It seems like the food should have been fresh. Overall rating for the food is 1 out of 5.
