Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I'll give 1 extra star ONLY because the food is good and usually fresh since they are 24/7. Most unprofessional staff in the evenings however. When I go in the restaurant and get yelled at and told to leave, by 2 people at the same time, because they close the inside dining at midnight, then DONT HAVE YOUR DOORS UNLOCKED! How dare you yell at any customer, should be fired. Also drive through, want to get a coffee, next to be served, since they have 2 speakers, pick the shortest lane , no one there, told me to wait a minute, another person pulls up and they take THEIR order for their whole family. Very rude. Very Bad experience! Ordered and paid on their self service then I got a printer error message.ask for help at the counter just for me to know if my order/payment went through.but the lady (I think who is their supervisor that day-may 27 @1:45pm the lady with a blonde hair did not help me and answered me in a rude way.said to just wait,if my order pop up on their screen it means it went through.the thing is I did not even know my ORDER NUMBER! it did not gave me the number thats why im asking if it went through. Just guessed my number,checked if its the food i ordered. Talked to her,but still she is rude on how she talked to me. As if she really doesnt want to talk or help still.

It was a busy night at this McDonald's and I mistakingly decided to go through the drivethru and order 3 meals, which led to issues and delays with my order. After sitting for 10 mins in the pull ahead and wait for order spots, my meals finally emerged from the restaurant. After a quick 5 min drive home, to open the bags to find cold soggy fries and a Big Mac with a No Cheese label on it...who eats a Big Mac with no cheese, lol. It's my own fault for not checking the bag, when the waitress brought out my food.

20220204, I have a double-sized mac again. who is in the night shift at this place? it seems that 2025 of my orders were made wrong during the night shift in the last 6 months. also disable app order when closing the restaurant outside regular hours! it is a frustrating process to refund mcdonalds when this happens. Honestly was shocked. There is a man who greets you at the door and asks for the COVID protocol stuff. He then walks you over to order and offers to bring the food to the table. No joke. He filled our drinks for us too. Being vaccinated at McDonald's gives you platinum status.

I went through the drive through using the new app and one the supervisors Jen was super ignorant. Long story. I did call and complain. I'm 67 years old and not a complainer. I have never received such terrible customer service. I hope she was reprimanded.

big mac and pommes, and the big Mac-Patty was a full sweat, they could actually see through them how a piece of Swiss cheese, terrible product came out of these places and for the price their reward for this **** today is just pathetic.

Skip the dishes orders come and go at the counter and 15 minutes later my order is finally ready. Soggy no salt fries and no tray for my 2 coffees and bottled water...Wendy's is starting to look like a better alternative Reserva una mesa ahora

so with no one in the line they are going to wait area 1. we waited 8 min with not a new vehicle behind us that showed up by the drive. what a sweat. lol .. and our eating was cold.

I love mcdonalds. this isn't it. still on the parking space waiting for my order, each person after me got their order, it is 30 minutes ago and the staff is just hanging.
