Do not support this McDonalds the manger and service is the worst. They actually have a hustle going with A-1 Parking. They tow cars out of the public lot. There is no signage to distinguish between other retailers and McD's. My wife and kids parked in an unmarked spot and went to a store and came out and the car was gone. The manager Juan proceeded to chastise and argue with my wife and was slow in giving tow company info. This is not the customer service they should be focused on it cost $300 and A-1 are straight A-1s. Never again McDonalds lost us for good.Get it together.
I usually visit once or twice a week since I live just a couple of blocks away, and sometimes even more often. That says a lot about their consistency, which makes me question the negative reviews. This is a fantastic McDonald's—better than at least a dozen other locations in nearby towns. Plus, their fries have significantly improved compared to before. Thank you all and keep up the great work!
In my opinion, this is the best McDonald's in America. Everything is fantastic. The managers and employees are excellent and very fast. I would like to thank each and every one of them separately.
This is the worst McDonald's in Passaic. The service is incredibly slow; the staff spends more time laughing and chatting with each other than attending to customers.

Order from the Kiosk. As said by other reviewers the order will come out incorrect. Only problem with the Kiosk it does not give you a receipt.
The food was excellent, and the service was great. The staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back!
Worst cashier ever.. no idea what she's doing please train your employees before putting them to the
Awesome taste. But one mishap. Bit on eggshells from the sausage and egg sandwich. Still ate it.
