Never experienced such a disorganized McDonald 's. We were there around 5 p.m. today. The waitresses at the front were unfriendly and slow. After 20 minutes, we finally picked up our McSmart meals. The fries were cold and soggy. I politely asked if I could get fresh ones, but was simply told, They 're just like that, and don 't complain if the burger is cold. We had three orders for five people and spent a lot of money there. I expect fresh food. The remaining burgers were actually cold. Never again!
It's unbelievable how dirty this place is. There are leftover food, dust, and trash everywhere. The dirtiest restrooms I've ever seen. Two of the three are closed, and one is completely filthy, with urine and feces from the last guests. Are you kidding me? None of the soap dispensers had any soap left.
I just went to McDonald's and the food was cold. On top of that, I had to wait 21 minutes for my order. Furthermore, the place is filthy with grease stains, fingerprints, and so on everywhere. The manager is a complete jerk; we won't be going back to this McDonald's.
I've rarely had such warm fries at McDonald's! Very clean! Super friendly! They even brought water to our dog! (That's not usual, even for upscale restaurants. I'll definitely be back.

The employee was alone at 9:00 PM and exceptionally friendly. I've rarely seen such a kind employee. I hope his boss remembers this. Visited on November 12, 2025 at 9:00 PM
The sanitary facilities and tables are absolutely disgusting, nothing is cleaned, especially the sanitary facilities, never again, all tables are dirty, not one is clean
Hello, I wouldn't recommend this place. It was very dirty and they didn't have any drinks. The staff was unfriendly. The wait was very long and then the food was cold.
They deliberately don't have any numbered displays on the ordering screens, so the food has to be picked up at the cash register and brought to the table.

Far too few staff. There's a lady who tries really hard and is friendly, but it's just too busy for her. I suspect a very stingy owner.
First German mcdonalds I went to. High quality compared to USA. No complaints!
