About two weeks ago, I went to McDonald 's around 4 a.m. and ordered a Happy Meal – and quite honestly, what they sold me was an absolute disgrace! The nuggets and fries were old, dry, and stale, as if they 'd been sitting somewhere for hours and had just been quickly reheated. I walked back to complain – and was simply ignored, even though they saw me! After minutes of waiting, someone came, sent me on my way, and at the next window, I was ignored again. Then finally, an employee came, rolled her eyes, and simply said, annoyed, They 're fresh. No, they weren 't! I know exactly what fresh nuggets taste like – they were old, no question. She then gave me new ones, but they were old again. My...
Young lady, if you drop your two chicken nuggets on the floor, do they belong in the trash can or in your mouth? It's totally antisocial to leave your trash on the ground and then drive over it with your car and drive off. But your sauce was good enough for you to pick up. Otherwise, the loss would have been too great for you. It's nice if an employee now HAS to clean up your trash. I hope you get back to Hamburg safely...
I waited 80 minutes for a small order today. Some other customers had the same experience, although at the same time, some others received their orders much faster. It feels like there's no functioning system, and many orders are getting lost.
I wanted to buy a coffee at 11:50 PM. The employee said the machine was clean. Very rude, tall dark-skinned man with a beard. Luckily there's a gas station or Burger King nearby.

Extremely slow and unfriendly, some of the food was lukewarm! Two lanes at a drive-thru McDonough are useless if the employees can't serve them! Absolutely terrible.
If only something weren't always missing. Unfortunately, you only ever notice it when you get home. As a McDrive customer. Customer service, sadly, doesn't care.
The food is very tasty. But next time, please serve the food properly and sort it properly. Please don't argue next time either. That would be nice, thank you.
Update: Now it's even filthy on-site... The burgers and fries from the drive-thru were cold, and the fries were a bit sparingly rationed... See photo :

The ambiance is incredibly nice. Unfortunately, the wait times are very long for the poor food.
They don't come, they take money, they're disrespectful.
