The staff at this restaurant seem to be half asleep when it comes to fulfilling delivery orders. I have ordered from this branch five times since moving flats in December, and each time they have forgotten to include all of the dips I ordered. I always order extra dips because they are essential to the meal, such as mozzarella dippers. It is frustrating to receive plain cheese dippers with no dips to accompany them. The consistent oversight of the dips makes me question the competence of the staff. The service is continuously poor with the same mistakes made every time. It feels as though they are either intentionally cutting corners to save money or in need of additional training. Either way, this level of service is unacceptable for a big company like this.
Quite dreadful. I generally only eat here out of necessity and do accept the experience for what it is but tonight was exceptionally poor. Waiting way beyond the time (despite watching a duty manager chase our order). When I complained and asked for a reduction in the bill (being more than happy to pay a contribution) I was basically made to feel bad. Were it not for the fact that my partner is disabled and needed to eat I would have stood my ground. I have complained to the parent company. Poor, almost discriminatory and should be avoided
the people need to understand that we are always only short employees and when we get problem customers and it shows the service. we always try to keep everything in motion and fast/fast service, but in our defense where not kfc and we always have a clean lobby area as well. please give us a chance that I would be more disturbed if there is a silver service company, but it is not. please be patient! Thank you.
