After paying for my order at Drive thru and was told to wait in space 1. I waited 30 minutes only to go into the store and was advised that they gave my food to someone else. I went inside and spoke to Maria the MGR. no apologies no nothing waited another 10 minutes for them to make my food only for them to forget an item. 40 minute wait time is unacceptable and I had my children in the car. I’m never going back there. No customer service skills. I’m mad I have to take time out of my day to do this. After I spent $45 the manager said I can give you any item free. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I couldn't even get a decent cup of coffee without encountering unprofessional behavior. The barista, a man named Bryan, failed to secure the lid on my coffee cup, resulting in hot coffee spilling on my hand and outside my car. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. I think it's time for the management to reconsider his position, as he clearly does not meet professional standards. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit.
I experienced the worst customer service experience ever, by a manager named Erica. During our interaction, I experienced a high level of unprofessionalism, including rude behavior and yelling. Her attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I believe such conduct is not conducive to a healthy work environment.
The Hispanic woman at the counter provided poor service. If I were the manager, I would have fired her. I went to make a purchase, and she slammed the window in my face. This happened on March 4, 2024, at 10:10 AM.

employees must not make enough to be charging .25 for sweet and sour sauce. Every other mcdonald’s doesn’t charge for sauce it comes with your meal. This is a huge corporation.
