Awful customer service at this restaurant! I ordered 2 Big Macs and 1 large fries, but was made to pull ahead and wait. Another customer behind me was also told to pull forward and wait. While everyone else in line received their orders, the woman behind me got hers! I eventually had to go inside to find my order sitting on the counter. My fries were half cold, rubbery, and unsalted. Additionally, they refused to honor the $1 $2 $3 value menu, insisting instead on the buy one get one for a dollar deal that supposedly ended in June 2023.
I ordered my food, waited in line for 15 minutes, and then they told me they couldn't break a $100 bill. The bill was complete nonsense due to poor management. The restaurant needs to restructure their service. This was a takeout breakfast meal, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The service and atmosphere both received a rating of 1.
Jacob, who was cleaning the lobby and outside, did an excellent job. I wish more workers were like him. The service was great, and I dined in for lunch. The price per person was between $1-10. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 4 out of 5. I recommend trying the Big Mac at this restaurant.
