McDonald's and other fast food restaurants are contributing to the decline of our health. I don't want to harm local businesses, as I know they are not the ones creating unhealthy food and they provide jobs for local residents. However, they must take responsibility for their involvement in these cheap, fast food practices that pose significant health risks, especially for lower income families. Moving forward, I will consider the health factor when evaluating restaurants and grade accordingly.
The service at this restaurant was very slow, with no one attending to the counter. I had to wave down the staff multiple times just to get their attention, and even then, they ignored me. I requested light sauce on my Big Mac, but it seemed like there was extra sauce that oozed out. The place could use some improvement.
Thos was by far the worst customer service ever, the entire cashier staff has a horrible attitude and when they messed my order up, all they did was throw my food in the bag, no worries i have video of the service and will post it to show Mcdonalds corporation what we really get from them
The manager always act like she doesn't know what's going on. But always rude. They locked the doors.. On me, it's some kids earlier. ... Had the kids lined up like we was back in slavery days.. Terrible service slammed door on me and locked it after 3:15 didn't let anyone in and gave my food to a random person once they brought it out and still didn't care locked it because highschoolers were smoking but they could've just told them to leave never eating here again
The food was enjoyable, but the employee cleaning the floor had a stinky mop, which was unpleasant to smell while dining. Not the most pleasant experience.
I haven't been to this McDonald's in a few years, but unfortunately, the poor service seems to persist. The management and staff are all lacking.
