This McDonald’s at Stoney brook hills village has poor management they seen not to care about their customers at all they need to be retrained on customer service or the franchise need to get taken away from the owner because they simply don’t care about customer service at this location lots of patrons that went to the drive thru this morning was told that they need to come inside and use the kiosk to order they did not give a reason why until you went inside thats not good customer service should have explained that the system was down food was ok not hot just Luke warm this particular location seems to have a lot of management problems and need to be corrected soon or shut this location d...
This McDonalds location is one of the worst I have visited in years. The service is consistently slow, and they frequently forget to include sauces with orders. My recent experience was particularly frustrating. I placed a $30 online order for pick-up at the drive-thru. Despite asking the employee to double-check the sauces, none of them were included in the bag when we got home. When I called to complain, the manager suggested driving back for the sauces we had already reminded them about. I refused and informed them that my family will not be returning due to the poor service and lack of concern.
Did get our order correct for awhile. Two days last week, didn't prepare food as requested. Upset... need new management who can train staff to take order, type it correctly into computer, then check if correct then hand it to me. We always use drive thru, returned 2x last week to get refund for wrong food. Build new McDonald's closer to Bell Creek Academy? Don't ask me what I want, if you are incapable of preparing it.......just give out whatever you can make.... your staff doesn't have a problem collecting my money...... just my food.....
The restaurant was extremely hot inside during a busy lunch time at noon. The cashier was not friendly and did not acknowledge anyone. Even the manager who came to fix the register was impolite. The order-taking machine did not provide receipts, and when we mentioned it to the manager, she said it would print shortly. However, after eating lunch there for about 20 minutes, we still had not received a receipt. I would recommend shutting down this place.

I used to love this place years back. The best thing they have going now is the big Mac sauce. They are making a killing on theBig-Mac hamburger for which is faults advertising. The picture shows huge hamburger patties when in reality, well .It's the stinken sauce. They could probably save and not put any meat in it.
This McDonald’s is the best I’ve ever visited. I didn’t have to request fresh food because they served my fries and Filet-O-Fish perfectly fresh. Excellent job to the team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Highly recommend trying items from their menu.
This location has biscuits and gravy!Pleasant surprise, honestlyAside from that, spot is always relatively clean, and staff is friendly enough
My family has gotten sick the last 2 times we ordered food from this location. Food isn’t being handled or cooked properly.

Stop sending people to the parking lot when there is only 1 car in line. It's beyond annoying.
They gave our order to the wrong car and then they took a half hour to remake it for us.
