I was disappointed that my order was not prepared correctly, considering it was a simple request. I ordered a milkshake, but unfortunately the machine was not working. It seems like these machines are frequently out of order at this restaurant. Eventually, a worker from the cash register came over to assist us, along with two other staff members.

There were a few rude customers in line due to short staffing, but the staff handled them professionally. It was disappointing to see how some people treat those who serve them, but the staff remained composed and continued on. Well done!

I must say we are nerve disappointed at this McDonald's!! It is literally the only one in town that gets your order right and that doesn't make you sit in their drive thru forever and a day.. the food is always hot, delicious, and fresh

I'm not positive but I do believe that this is the fastest most accurate McDonalds in lagrange!!! Their drive thru actually moves fast and the handful of times that we have been there the order was actually correct Reserva una mesa ahora

Very slow the last 3 times I've been there2 times my food was on the counter waiting on someone to hand it to me ill keep trying cause i like a big mac

Parking is negative drainage, the drive thru is under construction and not one person will address the soft serve machine repair status.Hmmm
