Terrible service. Workers were very pleasant but they all seemed to care more about dancing in the back than getting the food right. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal. My sandwich came in the deluxe chicken box but was a $1.00 spicy chicken inside the big box. How do you even miss that?? I know how...the two people in front of me and one behind me had their order wrong as well. Poor management and leadership! It was high school party in the back. Not a professional work environment. Not a McDonald's I would take any children to. Much less, myself, ever again. Too bad. I would give negative stars if I could. I was in a box truck, so I couldn't drive through the drive-thru. When I tried to go inside, a man met me at the door and told me I could only use the drive-thru. I attempted to order at the order box but waited a long time with no response. When I walked to the window, the employee told me to go back to the order box. After going back to the order box, a woman came on and told me to come back to the window. Frustrated, I exclaimed "Geez!" and was met with a rude response from the woman. Fed up with the poor customer service, I left without ordering breakfast. It was a disappointing experience after a long run.
This McDonald's was absolutely appalling! It was the dirtiest one I've ever visited. There wasn't a single clean table in sight, and when I asked an employee to clean one for me, they just handed me a smelly, wet rag. The bathroom didn't have any soap or towels, and many items on the menu weren't available. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere because I shuddered to think about the state of the kitchen.
Oh my goodness! I had the BEST double quarter-pounder meal, with extra ketchup, that I have had in a lonnnng time. It was fresh, Juicy, and looked just like the one on the advertisements. Go Mickey D's!Parking: The location is conveniently right off the interstate (I-85). You don't have to drive a country mile to find it.

After allowing all cars in the left lane to go through, I placed my order. However, I was informed that they were no longer taking orders. I had to drive to the window to complete my order, but only part of it was in the bag. This happened at 12:43 pm and the transaction amount was $11.53.
The $5 meal was decent, but the service was lacking with only 2 stars due to slowness. The restaurant itself was not great, but I have been to McDonald's numerous times so it wasn't a big deal.
Unfortunately, I never learn. I just wanted nuggets and sweet tea. Instead I get nuggets Dr. Pepper that has more carbonation than syrup and fries that are hard enough to chip a tooth.
The drive-thru experience was awful! I waited for more than 5 to 10 minutes and the service was very slow. They definitely need more help. I will not be returning to that restaurant.

This is McDonald's. The food is the same everywhere. The only thing that differs is the customer service, and it was really good here!
