Waited first off for 10 minutes till someone was ready to order through drive through. Another car pulled up outside lane and they were giving their order while we still waited for our order to be taken. So I pulled around to cashier window and she was totally confused. Seems there is no proper training these days and no one knows what customer service means. McDonalds should hire me as a consultant to visit their locations and rate what they could and need to do yo be the McDonalds I once new . I stopped at this restaurant while driving through. I typically enjoy McDonald's cheeseburgers because they are always consistent in taste. You can expect the same blend of ketchup, pickles, onions, salt, and beef no matter where you are in the world. However, the cheeseburger I received here was not consistent. It did not have any ketchup, but instead had mustard added. There was also an excessive amount of salt and pepper on the patty, making it too salty for my kids to eat. The staff at this restaurant were incredibly rude despite my polite and friendly demeanor. I received no response when I thanked them, which made the atmosphere awkward. They also failed to fully fill my smoothie cup, but I didn't want to risk asking them to fix it due to the intimidating glare they gave me. I left feeling uncomfortable and even concerned that they might tamper with my drink. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.
Out of toilet paper in woman's restroom, out of coffee, out of orange juice, this is 8am on a Monday. 2 separate orders, bacon egg mcgriddle and both orders were wrong. We didn't bother trying to fix it.
