I didn't expect to need a college degree to work at McDonald's, but it seems like you do because none of the workers can read. I simply asked for no pickles or lettuce, but I ended up with extra of everything I didn't want. I used to work at two McDonald's locations and was trained in all stations, so I know it's not difficult to read an order screen and assemble a Big Mac. If you enjoy receiving incorrect orders and cold, soggy fries, then this is the place for you.
The worst McDonald's I have ever been to nobody in the back speaks English the service was terrible outside line and inside backed up. I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers one regular one and 2 large fries never got the regular cheeseburger I didn't even feel like going back manager was terrible at her job.
The Latina girl ignored all the customers. She only spoke to her co-workers, neglecting the other customers present. I waited 30 minutes to place my order, which is unacceptable. MacDonald should not hire employees who are unwilling to do their job.
Went to get the new Griminach kids meal for my Granddaughter and they were all sold out, which was very upsetting for her because that's all she was talking about on the way Reserva una mesa ahora
Forgot to give me everything in my meal but a lonely filet o fish, no straws, no dips, no fries, no burger just fry chicken nuggest and a soggy filet.
