There was a time when you could avoid certain McDonald's locations due to poor service, but now it seems like all of them have fallen into the same trap. I spent 20 minutes waiting in total silence at the drive-thru, so I eventually decided to leave. As I drove by the pick-up window, I noticed three employees casually leaning on the counters and chatting. I know this is a common issue, but honestly, I have no plans to return to McDonald's. There are better and more dependable choices out there where you don't have to shout just to get someone’s attention.
I placed an order this morning at 2 AM, and it was completely wrong. To add to my frustration, I've been trying to call the restaurant since around 5 AM, but all I get is an annoying "line is busy, please try again later" message. It feels like someone didn't hang up the phone properly, which is preventing customers like me from getting in touch to resolve the issue with my incorrect order or to request a refund.
I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes without anyone taking orders. I eventually drove to the second window since I had paid with the mobile app, only to receive a McRib that was likely four hours old. It was inedible, and overall, it was a terrible experience.
My wife and I have visited this place a few times recently for coffee and snacks, and I must say, the staff here are fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and kind. I really appreciated them rushing out to return my coffee when I accidentally left without it!

I waited for five minutes while five employees just looked at me, and when I finally got my order, they only provided two BBQ sauces for my 20-piece nugget. I can’t believe it—thanks a lot! At this rate, it won't be long before you're out of business.
My husband and I ate there last week, and I must say that the McDouble I ordered was the best I've ever had. I'm not sure what they did differently, but this simple sandwich was truly outstanding. Thank you, and please continue the excellent work!
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, particularly with the receptionist who assisted me in selecting meals for my kids. They loved her suggestions, and the games that came with each meal added to the fun!
I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru today (09/18/2022) for a single frappe that I never got. It took up my entire lunch break and made me 10 minutes late clocking back in. I will never return. Enjoy my frappe!
