I visit this restaurant nearly every day, and they rarely get my order wrong. There was one time they messed up my burger, but after I emailed my complaint, Lugo reached out to me right away and kept offering to make it right. When I came back, they had fixed the issue. Overall, this is my favorite spot! I really want to thank the lady manager who was there this morning and assisted me with a mistake I made. Last time the error was on them, but this time it was my fault. They were extremely helpful—thank you, everyone!
This was my first time ordering at the drive-thru. The service was fast and efficient. The cashier took my order accurately, reviewed it thoroughly, and the payment process with the male cashier was friendly. He even gave us extra sauce! The order was hot and fresh, with crunchy nuggets and delicious French fries, along with a cold Coke. It's great to see this McDonald's in San Juan, located in a perfect spot. I highly recommend this new place. Blessings to them!
The staff is a bunch of teenagers and the management look like chickens with their heads cut off. My order the other day took 20 minutes and I was still missing food. I went for an iced coffee another time and they wanted to give me a watered down looking coffee. I asked for a refund but they said they'd make another one but after 10 minutes of waiting, I had to go inside and they weren't even making it. Even after all that it tasted like water and milk.
The inefficient drive-thru service at this restaurant is shocking. The staff seem clueless and unable to take orders from customers. I had to cancel my order and get a refund, which is now the second time this has occurred. I will not be giving them a third chance. They really need to improve their employee training and customer service. Absolutely terrible experience.

The service was quick and efficient. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. It is kid-friendly with games available. The wheelchair accessibility was excellent, making it very easy to navigate.

It's more or less, the food is not like before, there are things that are expensive like breakfast potatoes at 2dll each potato... it's an abuse.
The workers slack off and don't attend people in the drive thru. Just bad service. What's the point of being open at night if no one is working.
