Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I came to this location a little after 11pm. I ordered food drink. The fries were horrible. I requested a replacement.I missed my means of transportation... I decided to stay inside restaurant til 5 am when transportation would be available. As I was reading, an African male manager approached me saying the store was closing around 2:33 although its posted online as a 24 hr dine in drive-thru store. I explained my predicament. He left w/o saying anything. Unbeknownst to me he call the police. The officer was very, very, rude.This McDonald’s food is terrible the customer service is equally as terrible. The staff at this restaurant completely ignored the customers in the lobby. It took 15 minutes to receive 2 cheeseburgers, and the manager who took my order just walked away. The staff really needs some customer service training. I used to work at Burger King and this level of service was unacceptable. It's only 2:30 PM on a Thursday and the service was already terrible.

Baby Grim wanted a happy meal, and a milk shake.(THE SHAKE MACHINE WAS WORKING)The food was ready when I got there, and minus being out of sweet and sour sauce, the service and experience was great.Did I mention the shake machine was working? Lol

I would have given them 5 stars, but I had to drive around Route 450 for a mistake; my McMuffin was the wrong order. I paid $12 for breakfast, which included a $1.19 McMuffin, a $2 small orange juice, $8 for three hash browns, plus tax. I was surprised that the hash browns cost $1.00 each.

I will never come back to this restaurant! They were rude and took forever to take our order, and then my sister noticed a problem with her drink after almost finishing it. I complained to them, but they never came back to address the issue.

As anticipated. We dined in for lunch and found the price per person to be between $1 and $10. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored top marks of 5. Recommended dishes include the fries and Big Mac.

This restaurant is extremely clean. The young lady at the register was thorough and sweet. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5.
