Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

this McDonald’s takes too long to offer their service, regardless of how late it is. not only that, but this morning at 15:08 clock, I was denied by the drive-thru because their “system was down”. I drove around to find several cars that were fed up, and to find people who receive service when they went to their service window. Therefore I went back to be told, "we are closed. we close at 3.” I said: “You are open in the regular 24 hours, I have served several different paintings at this place for years.” she shouted rudely: “These people were already in the system. we close at 3am to clean up and reopen at 4am.” So what is that? her system was down? or close for 3 watches? please make the hours clearer online and personally and train their employees how they talk better with people. this gave me flashbacks pretending when I placed an order in the late night with uber eats at this place and waited over an hour to finally be called by the cure to let me know that they were told that they did not serve food at this time. why not cancel the order on mcdonald’s ende or give the customer a polite call? it was strange, and as a person working late, annoying, between the one and the homeless who beg the car, I will bring my money elsewhere.

The lady at the window charged me for barbecue sauce (3 for $1) which is very ironic to me Mc Donald’s has NEVER charged me for extra condiments this place is ghetto.

It's fast food. What more can you say. Sluggish workers at time but depends on what day you go. For the most part it's good fast food.Food: 4/5

my hathbrowns were cold. I only commanded this and coffee and my food was cold and they were very slow. they were pleasant, but...Food: 1/5

local mcds with good service. Never had a problem and has been a customer for years.
