Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

Terrible experience. Everything was fine until I got to the second window. It toke a solid 8 minutes for anyone to get to the window. Twice I saw someone look at me (including a manager) and they just stood there or walked away. When a girl finally came to my window she wasn't polite and seemed like she hated me or the job or whatever. She handed me my food then just started at me. So I reminded her about my drinks and sauce that I requested. She gave me my drinks then started again so I reminded her of my sauce. As slow as possible she disappeared then returned with my sauce. Even though it was 8:20 pm on a Tuesday evening, the staff efficiently accommodated my request for a Big Mac with no onions or cheese. The rest of our order was also correct, hot, and served in a timely manner. Despite not dining inside the restaurant and opting for the drive-thru instead, we found the service to be steady with other customers during the hour or so we spent in our vehicle. The only downside was the lack of trash cans outside, which forced us to mask up and risk going inside to dispose of our meal waste.

this mcdonald was nice. the food was fresh and the staff was very nice and pleasant. I give him 4 stars because the drive-thru line was extremely long and very slow. I'm not so sure why the line is moving so slowly. also the sprite at the firma casper had mcdonald’s taste evil. it does not taste like sprite. I complained, and they don't seem to care. I wish mcdonalds would deny this company more restaurants as they simply do not care

We didn't dine inside but rather chose to eat in our car. The staff was friendly and attentive as we sat in our vehicle and talked for an hour. Very nice and customer service oriented lady at the drive thru yesterday morning. Older individuals seem to be more professional and have a stronger work ethic then what most places hire these days.

I parked and went in order, the young man at the theke was very polite. they were very fast, and my eating was hot and right made, very impressed.
