Although I like the kiosk ordering system, it can be frustrating when it runs out of receipt paper and no one knows how to do a reprint. The drive-thru crew can be efficient at times, but more often than not, you'll find yourself waiting to place your order, pay, and then double-checking your bag for accuracy.
If you choose to dine in, I recommend doing so during slower hours as the cleanliness of tables and chairs can be a challenge during peak times. Overall, I had hoped this restaurant would live up to McDonald's reputation for excellence, but the lack of consistency and attention to detail has led me to seek out other locations despite the greater distance.
I honestly don't know why we're going back to this place. Every time we are in a pinch for dinner, we stop here for convenience, and every time our order is wrong, something is broken, it is not fast, or the servers are in a terrible mood. Sad we don't even fool myself anymore, it's a shame for us.
Just ordered a large ice coffee and hotcakes. But when I get it, it’s not like normal large size I got before. So I asked her is it the large ice coffee you gave it to me. She said YES. But when I got back to my place. I found out it’s NOT. It’s a medium size. Really ?

They debit card got charged for the people behind me and I have been trying to get my money back for a month now to no avail.I have contacted corporate twice and still haven't had this issue resolved.Warning, don't use a debit card here!!
