Ordered food thru drive thru. Wanted creamer and sweetener in coffee, they didn't do it, had to get off car to get it. Ordered grape jelly didn't get it. Had to get off again. Asked the manager on duty if she could get me a courtesy drink, she said no no no Very bad customer service, like a free soft drink, would break the bank . Next time it would be better to just allow courtesy drink for all the mistakes that I had to get off and back on car. Service: Take out
I would say this McDonalds is okay, I have had multiple issues with food not being ready at Breakfast to not even getting my order correct and I had to come back to get a refund. They need to make sure they have the staff and food ready to go in the mornings. I have not had much of the Lunch/Dinner experience with them but if it is like their breakfast service then they need to put a little more work into it. All in All not overly bad but not that good either.
The manager or another employee who prepared my meal must improve their ability to read and comprehend their system. They failed to recognize that the order was for takeout, not DoorDash. I had to wait longer than necessary, and they were quite impolite. I regret responding with the same level of discourtesy. I will not be returning to this establishment. Service: Takeout
I stopped in for lunch on a Sunday while returning from vacation, and I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The food was excellent and arrived incredibly quickly—just as we were settling at our table. I started going to this McDonald's because the one on Austin Street is full of incompetent people who apparently struggle to do their jobs correctly. This one I have not had any problems with this far. Hope it stays that way. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
Lunch at this restaurant was fantastic. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5. I highly recommend trying the French Fries, Chicken Mcnuggets, and Cheeseburger.
During our road trip to Caldwell, Texas, we stopped in Hempstead at McDonald's for our favorite breakfast. There was no long wait, and we easily found a spot to park and enjoy our delicious meal. I highly recommend it!

Most McDonald’s are the same wherever you go this one was much better than average. . The burger was better and the staff was very helpful place was immaculate.
