Once, I waited at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone attending to me before giving up and going to In-N-Out, where they genuinely appreciate your business. On another visit with my family around 7:45 AM on a Saturday, we ordered using the kiosk since no one was at the counter, knowing we’d likely be ignored.

Extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's. The service was terrible; if I could give them less than one star, I would. We waited an hour at the drive-thru without any communication from the staff regarding the delay or any issues with the service. There’s no external exit to leave the line, which made the wait even more frustrating. When we finally reached the window, there wasn't even an apology for the inconvenience. Overall, a dreadful experience at this McDonald's and the staff did nothing to rectify the situation.
We visited this McDonald's location last Friday, November 25th, and I placed our order through the app menu. We parked and waited outside for our order. I suggest that the morning staff check the coffee before serving it. Our caramel macchiato and vanilla latte were spoiled. Please ensure that the coffee is fresh and that the milk being served is not expired. Nobody wants to end up with a stomachache or food poisoning!
They were very fast with my kids' order, and everything we ordered was included. We were satisfied with the service and I recommend McDonald's to anyone needing a quick meal on the go.
