Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I have repeatedly had my orders messed up at this restaurant, whether it's the incorrect size of my drink, missing items, or problems with the food quality. After a long and exhausting shift at work, I decided to treat myself to some fries to feel better, but they were overly burnt and ice cold, making them inedible. My drink was also smaller than what I had ordered, which was disappointing but manageable. Unfortunately, this particular location has consistently let me down. The only thing I received with my order was disappointment, which was really frustrating.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes only to receive the wrong food. When I returned after work at 7am, I was talked down to for waiting to come back. I will not be returning and will spread the word about the poor service here. Even though it's McDonald's, people still deserve better when spending their hard-earned money. The management and employees are inadequately trained. Avoid going to this restaurant.

I enjoy dining at this restaurant, however, I am occasionally dissatisfied with the service. Unfortunately, there are instances where the wait time is long and the orders are not always correct.

Recently, the fries at this restaurant could have been better as they were cold and somewhat hard. The food did not taste very fresh either. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4 out of 5.

Unfortunately, they did not provide straws, but the food and drinks were fresh!
