A few weeks ago, our order was incorrect when we visited this restaurant. However, they quickly offered to replace the meals with two complimentary ones. Today, when we went to redeem the free meals, the restaurant was busy but they were very accommodating and rectified the situation immediately. Their commitment to providing excellent service was evident and we will definitely be returning to dine here more frequently.
This new restaurant has convenient access and allows customers to dine in or eat in their car. They offer free wifi, but the prices are steep for those with lower incomes. It is unclear if they have a value menu for budget-conscious individuals. The portion sizes are not very generous, which can be disappointing. Parking can be a challenge, especially during lunch hours, but they do have two efficient drive-thru lanes.
The restaurant was exceptionally clean and the staff worked diligently while still maintaining a friendly attitude. The general manager went out of her way to assist us, despite being extremely busy and even ran to help her employees. The atmosphere was positive, with the entire staff exchanging encouraging words and pleasant banter. Their communication was seamless, making for a very smooth experience.
I finally had a good experience at this McDonald's location! I have been unhappy with the ones on Nelson Road and Ryan Street in the past. The worst of the two is definitely Nelson Road. A few weeks ago, my hamburger patties were half cooked. This photo is from the Nelson Road location, not Prien Lake!
