This McDonald's literally takes 15 to 20 minutes to bring out your food after you go through the drive-thru and order it. I've come here on several occasions and the experience is the same inside and out. I thought maybe going inside would help but it actually prolonged my way by another 10 to 15 minutes. Although I do give props to the employees who are running the food out to the cars like this is a Sonic except they don't get roller skates and the cars are much further away from the kitchen. The food is always mid because it's McDonald's but that's what I come here for. I don't know what has to change in order for you guys to get the food to the people in a reasonable amount of time. Yes...
I've never been this frustrated before. I'm typically not one to complain, but I was missing a sandwich from my order. They made me drive all the way back with the entire order, which had gone cold by the time I returned, just to pick up that one missing sandwich. Usually, a restaurant would offer to have me come back later or ask if I could return right away. On top of that, a manager named Zachary had a rather unpleasant attitude towards me. They insist on getting paid more, yet they can't even get simple orders right. I've truly never been this upset. They need to hire better management; there's no excuse for that kind of attitude. A simple apology for the mistake would have sufficed.
I love this location now they are fast speedy and accurate I used to come to this McDonald's and it used to have me in the Drive-thru for forever.... I just got here with a special need group...a worker here long blonde hair glasses very rude to my clients ...as I said special need some can't read..the wet floor signs very rude to them and a bad attitude ..I come here all the time everyone is usually friendly but her that was not the case

The restaurant was exceptionally clean and family-friendly, with a tidy playground area for kids. The staff were professional and attentive. I enjoyed a peaceful lunch while also managing some emails, undisturbed by noise or interruptions.
Alright I may have exaggerated I was just hungry I hadn’t eaten all day like a full 12 hour shift with no food sorry I was mad. They forgot my fries at night. Just be sure to check your stuff when they hand it to you.
Well who ever checks the orders before they go out needs to be retrained. More then half my last order was messed up.....and I dont know this was considered the way to make a cone..
What’s the purpose of the drive thru when they send you to the online pickup lanes, after waiting close to 10 minutes to get my food, they didn’t have my full order.

The restaurant was unclean, with trash scattered everywhere, and the only drink options available were water or milk.
Worst location, so careless. Hope they close this one down soon. This is just sad
