My mom and I visited this McDonald's at 6:40 pm on Sunday, June 9th. Unfortunately, our Big Mac was served cold. Firstly, we had to wait for our food and sauces. When I mentioned that the food was cold, the employee accused me of harassing him. My mom even ended up throwing up because of the cold sandwich. When I asked for napkins, he insulted me by calling me blind and told me to look for them in a place where they weren't even placed. He immediately accused me of harassing him just for pointing out the issue with the food. The other employees did not offer any assistance and were rude, laughing amongst themselves. The customer service was awful.
I waited for my online order for 23 minutes. I asked the person at the front counter if my food is ready but I received a response it 's coming. When I finally got called, I went up to the counter for my food that I purchased and waited for 23 minutes. The manager Wilson had the audacity tonsay I called you. There was a gentleman in front of me. I asked what his problem was, and he kero insisting I ignored him. Disrespectful manager and this store is next to a school. Very Disrespectful staff and the place is a mess.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but it's best to avoid visiting this McDonald's location until around 4:30pm if you're not a teenager. The place tends to be crowded with students from Hayfield High School before that time.
This restaurant is perfect for a fast meal. I usually stop in for a coffee or one of their banana tropical smoothies. I've been trying to eat healthier, but every now and then I can't resist their pancakes.

This McDonald's location is similar to others. In my opinion, providing employees with better compensation or a raise could improve the level of customer service. Just a suggestion!
The woman with glasses at the front of the restaurant is very rude. I asked her a question and she responded with an attitude. They need to improve their service.
It's always busy everywhere you go .if your company is steady and moving things smoothly your team behind you is doing amazing work
