Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I drove through the drive-thru and ordered my food without any issues. I paid, moved forward, and was instructed to follow the arrows for my food to be brought out to me. However, the young man bringing out the food seemed confused and asked for my order four times. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I called the store to express my frustration, as 10 cars had received their orders before me. The manager, Autumn, who I spoke to, simply said they had to remake my order. This is not the first time I have had problems with this location, and I will not be returning. The food is delicious. There was only one instance where my order was incorrect, but mistakes happen and they are only human. I have visited this restaurant 15 times in the past two years. The staff is usually friendly and the service is quick, depending on the orders ahead of you in the drive-thru.

This McDonald's location is the best I have ever visited. The morning drive-thru service is incredibly fast. The managers and staff are very friendly. The food is served warm and delicious. Keep up the great work, I will definitely be returning soon.

I have never had a problem at this McDonald's. I wish their drive thru didn't make you drive around the building first, but that's my only negative, and that can't be helped.
