04/16/2024 1:20 AM 1:25 AM Placed a mobile order as I usually do for this time. Pulled up and was told that I was cash only even though cash only is from 11:00 PM until 12:10 AM (trust me, we all know it happens at that time) . After getting lied by staff I pulled over on the side of the street to call the restaurant and ask if it was cash only at the moment. Miguel proceeds to lie saying that he 's checking and a couple of seconds later after that response lies again saying it just open. Like damn, you getting paid $20 and still can 't work? You lazy! Manager Miguel (I know you gave me a different name you wanna be smart)
hated this so much. messed up my order. the worker had an attitude with me. gave me the wrong order. when i asked for my correct order they gave me a bag of the wrong order AGAIN and kicked me out without letting me say anything. i had to go through the drive thru again to reorder. did not receive my mcflurry, spicy mcchicken, chicken nuggets but was giving four french fries that i did not order and was charged for it. never go here again. very bad customer service. do not recommend.
Why is it every time I go thru the drive thru I get told to move forward so the car behind me get served , what are they getting different from me , it's McDonald's , same menu for the last 48 years I know of , and when you tell employees no I am not moving , they get all mad , and their attitudes becomes if I was the owner of this restaurant I would keep an eye out because they are loosing lots of customers . I will never go back there again.
The online ordering app is consistently malfunctioning at this restaurant. Customers are unable to place orders, use the touchscreen kiosks, or redeem rewards at the register. This issue has persisted for months and there are no perks like coupons, loyalty points, or rewards available at this location.

I do not eat cheese, just do not like it so, on several items, I cannot have no cheese however on an egg McMuffin, I ask for no cheese but add tomato, I get charges .50 for a single thin slice of tomato, but do not get anything back for the no cheese, just do not understand that
had an issue with my mobile order and the manager was really rude about it, instead of just being nice. It wasn’t my fault there was an issue with your mobile ordering system. The morning manager should work on her customer service
I really only use McDonald's for mocha frappe and and drinks like a diet coke. My mom is usually the one that eats the french fries and the hamburgers
I frequent for take out, Online and To Go, everyday. Either my husband, my son, or myself. We love McDonald's.

I would say about 60% of the time they dont get the order right or cant understand what I ask for. Thanks
Forgot an order of fries and really didn't want to go back as I was picking up lunch for the crew.
