This is undoubtedly the rudest drive-thru staff I have ever come across. I was astonished. To make matters worse, the employee dropped my order at the window, blamed me for it, and didn't even bother to apologize. What is going on in the world today? It's perfectly fine to speak Spanish, but not everyone understands it. Can we talk about rudeness? This is incredibly unprofessional. I'm not expecting to be treated like royalty, but I do believe in basic courtesy and respect. I'm genuinely taken aback by this experience.
I need to say the drive thru staff were very kind and so nice. I ordered drive thur for friends who were working and such a disappointment the food was for them. My dog who loves McDonald's refused the rest of a double cheeseburger but the fries tastedfreezer burnt and one of the crispy chicken sandwiches, the chicken was burnt. I spent $21.00 and the friends didn't get toeat and the dogs were not impressed. I stopped eating fast food long ago but tried two fries and what a disappointment. Don'twaste your money.
The employees at this restaurant remind me of those at many McDonald's locations; they often appear unmotivated and frequently come up with excuses about broken machines or unavailable items. Despite this, I keep coming back because they have to prepare my coffee. In general, ordering here has always been a bit of a challenge.
I ordered and payed by the but the order took an eternity without answer from the restaurant and anytime that we ask about the food they just say “wait” until I spoke with the manager to discover that they don’t even started to prepare my meal.

The service is not the best. The drive thru customer service is the worst in the area, always giving customers the wrong order. Check your orders before relying on accuracy. The US1 and 32 Ave location offers much better service.
The morning window employee helped me take advantage of a great deal on breakfast sandwiches and saved me money. It?s not often an employee goes above and beyond to help in that way. Highly recommend this McDonald?s.
The evening staff were friendly, but I found the food quality to be disappointing. The fries lacked salt, and the chicken tasted overcooked and like it had been frozen. These were significant letdowns.
We were pressed for time during a busy period, so the service felt hurried and somewhat disorganized. Nevertheless, the food was decent and satisfied our need for a quick bite.

Avoid this location at all costs. The management and staff seem unhappy. They might give you the wrong order or be closed during regular hours. Don’t waste your time or money.
The workers take forever to serve. Supposed to be fast food. Not wait 45 minutes in line for a burger you can make in 2 mins.
