Came here again October 19th 2022 12:08pm and a guy named Antoine said they don't have grilled nuggets he was very rude how he said it will not be coming back here ever this is not representative of the McDonald's I know worldwide. Came in here to ordersome fries and one of the people behind the counter looked at me and then pointed me to some kiosk and I asked her so you're notgoing to take my order? And she called the manager and he said hold on a minute and I remembered Taco Bell is right next to youso I decided to go there I don't like that you do that what should have happened is that you should have serviced me
I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I ordered two meals but only received one. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she insisted I had only ordered one and responded rudely. I’m not sure of her name, but she seemed to be of Asian descent. I was frustrated when they refused to give me the missing fries without charging me again, which I found unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to pay twice for what I ordered. I hope management will address this issue.
You guys are the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever seen in the whole area, every time I tried to give them another shot always messed up everything, I ordered a combo 7 which is 2 double cheeseburgers and you guys only placed one in my bag, management alwayslacks in customer service. I am pretty sure we come to get food and try to go home to enjoy time with our families for them tomess up our food. McDonald?s in Sterling Plaza SUCKS!!!!
As a loyal customer for 20 years, I’ve consistently experienced excellent customer service here over the past decade. The staff, mostly teenagers, are always very friendly. The food quality has remained reliably good with no problems. The only downside is the occasional traffic caused by the nearby reef, which is beyond McDonald’s control. Overall, this McDonald’s location is fantastic, and I’m thankful to have it nearby.

Found a small curly hair in the middle of my McChicken that left little to the imagination. Absolutely disgusting. I will never be back to this location. I do not like that I have to drive by it so often, it makes me want to vomit every time I see it. They should be shut down and/or sued. EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Horrible God awful place. Very rude and lazy and nasty staff!!!! Starting with the manager on duty named Abby Duong!!! The cashier's and management need to be trained to serve customers from all races not only white or Latinos!!!! If they do not wantto serve black people then they need to find another JOB!!!!
Very bad. Worst Mc Donald?s I spend 39 minutes waiting for an order. Plus they were only giving me 2 sauce for a big order which is not ok. Customers are being treaded very rude by the employees.
Hotel fire alarm keeping you awake on a Sunday AM? Hungry? Need Coffee? Maybe a bacons, eggs and cheese biscuit? How about a hashie? A nice cuppa Sprite to wash it all down? McD?s got you.

The service was fast, and I really enjoyed one of the best Quarter Pounders I've ever had at a McDonald's. However, the staff appeared a bit relaxed in their attitude.
The Mocha coffee at this McDonald's is outstanding. They always prepare it exactly the way I prefer.
